James Stewart and Vera Miles Star in New FBI Film
Hollywood icon James Stewart and rising star Vera Miles are set to bring the story of the FBI to the silver screen in a new film directed by Mervyn LeRoy. Based on a novel by Edgar, the film follows the career of fictional FBI agent Chip Hardesty, beginning with the 1955 airline bombing by Jack. With the aid of telephones and radios, Hardesty coordinates a massive manhunt that leads to the arrest of the bomber. Miles co-stars as Hardesty's love interest.
